Holiday Gifts Guide

Are you looking for some gift inspiration for the holidays. Maybe some items to add to your own wish list or gifts to get those you love! I have assembled some of my favorite things to include in a holiday gift guide.
($10-$15) As a coffee lover, but also someone that can not handle a lot of caffeine I love this Chaga. When I make coffee in the morning, I use half coffee beans and half Chaga tea. Not only does this help prevent me from getting glittery, it also has a ton of antioxidant properties. Another favorite way to consume chaga is in the Maple Chaga Tea, this tea is perfect for an afternoon where you want to be warm & cozy and a great gift for anyone.

2. Wildflower Deck of Affirmations & Truths by Sydney Alexrod
($20) This is a great gift for someone who is interested in some of the more "woo woo" / magical stuff but new to it. I like to pick a card daily from this deck to set my intention for the day. I have also used them during a moon ceremony.
Promo code is "JESS111" for 20% off the wildflower deck!!
3. Motivational Barre Socks by Stickybe
($15-$16) These socks are great quality and have a positive message. One of my favorite pairs says "be fearless". I love looking down to see the extra motivation as I push through a challenging set at the barre.
4. The Gift of Fitness
Give the gift of fitness by purchasing a gift card to a favorite studio. It can be used towards classes, workshops & gear (perfect when you forget socks, or a tank or want something warmer). Many studios will do this for any amount you want, you could give the gift for the amount of a class pack too. Who doesn’t want to have the gift of fitness given to them :)
($23) This is a great gift for the person you know who is looking to improve their daily habits and bring a little more joy into their life.
6. The Reversible Mat 5mm by Lululemon
($68-$78) Personally, I think this is the best yoga/fitness mat around. Great for Yoga, Barre and Pilates, enough cushion yet not too much. It has 2 sides; one more sticky and one more grip. You can read more about why I think it is best here.
7. Sparkly Barre Socks by Shashi
($18) Who doesn't love a little sparkle during the holiday season. For yourself or someone who likes a little glitter, these are a great gift. They put a smile on my face every time I wear them. Also I always receive compliments on them.
8. Moon Baths by Erin's Apothecary
($22) Perfect for an at home spa night. Give a candle and these bath salts to create an evening of bliss for a loved one or friend. I have the "Banishing - Waning Moon" one, which I use when I have something to release. There are different salts for the different moon phases, I got mine at HausWitch in Salem, MA. You can get one custom made, just email the owner, there are more details on the site.
9. Wild Reishi Tea by Birch Boys
($10) This is another Birch Boys product I love. This tea is perfect for an evening when you want to relax and decompress.
