Hi Friends,

I wanted to create a blog as a place to share my passions! I have so many things that are my favorites and that I am passionate about, so I wanted to share with you all. 


As a working professional in a corporate atmosphere I know it can be challenging to find balance. To me, incorporating elements of wellness (food, movement, & mindfulness) nourish my body, mind & soul. They help me feel balance and work towards being my best self and most aligned with my true essence.

I will fill the blog with life hacks, healthy habits, recipes and lessons on what makes my life more enjoyable and nourishes me. I want to help YOU find what nourishes you! I will provide tips for taking actions towards helping you improve your own wellness.
